Enhance and simplify Martingale and Anti-Martingale options

The options available in Martingale and Anti-Martingale can be simplified by combining some of them and modifying/deleting some of them to look simpler and also to provide inputs as shown in the image below:

Disabling the martingale by setting the number to 0 is a good idea. But I'm not sure if this is the right time to do it - many sets will need to be reviewed and fixed.

As for other ideas: custom coefficients, as well as custom steps, cannot be optimized, they are strings. That's why they are needed as separate parameters.

And "Change Step After" is another feature that can be optimized or disabled by setting it to 0. So I can't just delete it, it might be useful to someone.


I'll refactor the inputs when I work on the multisymbol version of EA (3.0?)
