Can you help me to create a setfile using MT4 and MT5 for the strategy I am conveying?

Open Entry Only Sell for USDJPY is only done at 23:00 - 01:00 only. after that close the trade.

Provided there is a SELL signal using any indicator, just M1.
Take Profit 10 Pips Or More
Find Low Spread Broker.
