Display of partial close target on the chart

As of now, the chart shows SL, target. 

The idea is to show the partial close target line so that the trades will be closed when desired profit is achieved. This will be a dynamic line depending on the martingale trades do happen. This will help in having a target known in advance as it is difficult for user with many parameters for partial close, like % of trades to be closed, number of trades, sort by profit etc.
