Global TrailingStop

May we please consider adding a "Global TrailingStop" functionality.

i.e. Similar to the way the current one "TrailingStop Properties" operates, however, this one must be able to trail all opened trades regardless of the instrument type.

These could be implemented by either :

1. Adding a complete new function "Global TrailingStop Properties" under the "Follow Up" Group.

2. or we just add a parameter/s under the existing "TrailingStop Properties"
