Add 1 more option where the SL level (Last stoploss Size) option will work.

Last Stop Loss Size : 4.0 pip (examples)

Last Stop Loss Size Mod === 1 - Average or default (Starting from the average of orders. 4.0 pip)

                                                    2 - 1st Order (starting from the first order level. 4.0 pip) orders,1st order 0.01 - 2nd order 0.02 - 3rd order 0.03. From the 1st order value of 0.01

First order preference in TP and SL Distance.
