Variable Zero's after dot

When we optimize an Expert Advisor for a new instrument with a different number of digits after the point, we have to change all the parameters in the points that are. I suggest adding a variable to which we will enter the number of digits after the dot.

For example:

ETHUSD 2

USDCAD 5

XAUUSD 3
