Add stop-limit order into the pending order options

As you know this pending order only available in MT5 only.

I think this is very useful to avoid buy at very top or sell at very bottom for currently running sets in the telegram group. This also can even add more flexible features to combine with other strategies

If I remember correctly, in the early stages of CP, we used to use pending order and then moved to stop orders with current live set. 

CP is capable of pending orders. May plz check.

Arina, I guess you need Limit entry with signal like "level X is broken".

You can try with ZZ at the moment or describe new signal.

Stop-limit orders will not be implemented to the EA, sorry. They are supported by MT5 only and very hard to understand and use.
