Global Account Properties (magic numbers list)

I was reading "Global Account Properties" and its implications, especially what can happen with other EAs, so I had an idea. Add a line in the configuration where only magic numbers, defined there and separated by commas, would be reached by this strategy. What do you think?

My restriction is that CP already has many implementations, so it would have to be really interesting.
