Hello, I am new to the forum and also to the program and I would like to know if there is any thread where I can get a configuration for myself and start with a small investment, since I do not know how to configure comunitypower well or how to take advantage of it optimally, my capital it is 300 to 500 USD

Start by reading the entire manual. Then use MT5 for backtesting and open a CentAccount from some of the ones Andrey recommends. Good luck
