Add a textbox to EA

Please add a textbox to EA to notedown some salient points or note down changes made to set files with respect to previous revision, example, "partial close after changed to 3 from 4, sum take profit changed to 5 from 7" etc. 

This shall help in easy understanding of revisions made over set file.
