Fix for RSI + MA oscillator signals.

At the Oscillators, there are are currently options for Cross MA and Above/below signals for oscillator + MA. But it doesn't work for me with RSI. Backtested on visual mode, the green and red signals never pop up on the top left for this oscillator.

RSI + MA is very powerful. If MA is below RSI it's a buy signal, etc...
