Candle Breakout - How Can Enter in a Trade on Previous Candle (High/Low) with pending order

It is a kind of breakout strategy. Can we enter into a trade with Pending Orders (both sides) on the High and Low of the previous candle (or time-specific candle) as an entry point reference?
