Adjustable GUI Panel Size

I'm not sure if anyone else is using a large 4k screen.

But on my set up I'm using a 75Inch 4K screen and the GUI is way way to big. 20%-25% of the size would be much better on my set up.
Could there be a adjust section added in the EA? Maybe by percentage?!?
It could fit in under GUI Settings, example below

GUI setting:

Enable Panel | true
GUI Size | 25%
 

Maybe people on smaller screens are having the reverse problem of it been too small, could be in general a good add in not just for screen size, but also to fit with trading styles.
