activate partial close after opposite open trades.

Hello,

we need to activate partial close after opposite open trades. for example, EA opens buy anti-martingale series but sometimes the EA will open opposite anti-martingale series. we need to activate partial close to close these opposite series and deactivate it and after that the EA will use regular TP. this feature will be helpful for strategies using anti-martingale series.
