Active periods triggerd by volatility

Hello,

please make it possible to activate periods on volatility.

The idea is to use different settings on indicators when vola is high/low - so a tighter values can be applied on low vola and when vola gets high the indicator uses wider values.

Example: On low vola use the module oscilator#1 with stochatic with values 70/30, on normal vola use the 2nd with values 80/20, on high vola use oscilator#3 with 90/10.
