Now EA can't open martin and anti-martin deals at the same time.
So, if anti-martingale deal is opened, martingale can't be enabled for this series.
Do you want to use different signals for martin and anti-martin?
Let's just use "Open martin on" for anti-martingale, if it is enabled.
EA can't work with both martin and anti-martin at the same time, so this improvement will not broke any existing set or strategy.
