i think if the option of "open antimartingale on" added to the all of section, it can open smart and profitability can be optimized, Also add this section to the gui window

Let's just use "Open martin on" for anti-martingale, if it is enabled.
EA can't work with both martin and anti-martin at the same time, so this improvement will not broke any existing set or strategy.

So, if anti-martingale deal is opened, martingale can't be enabled for this series.
Do you want to use different signals for martin and anti-martin?
