Options group selection in optimization mode

This is cosmetic perhaps, but might help speed up selecting all perimeters within a setiings group,and also help in deselecting options a little faster.

For each category/section have a global select box at the title to bulk select/deselect category options.

Might be better explained visually, like this example:
