No linear results whit diferents amounts capital !

Hy guys, i am using the set file ID 339 in my expert robot whit good results whit GBRUSD and EURUSD. My doubt is about the amout of investment. I started whit 100 USD, and using the strategy tester, it projects a result by a year of 455 USD (455%). Great result !! But when i use 1000 USD the results is only 465 USD (46,5%), and whith 10.000 USD is only 6.199 USD (62%), and whit 100.000 USD is only 64.116 USD (64%), never proportional. How can i do to obtain a linear results whit more capital investments? I've allready tryed some changes in configurations, but whit no better bresults.

Jose,

You should analyze the difference in results. Find the first deal that differs, look at the logs to understand the reason.

I guess, your broker has some limits (orders number, max lot, etc) that cause this difference.

Hi, please, look the last simulations.....

With (100 USD and 1:500) we have 761% but with (1000 USD and any leverage) we have 76%. I dont understand. Can someone ligth the mistery? RgsSIMULATIONS.jpg

You get similar results using 100 and 1000 in nominal amount (455-465) because they both start with the same lot 0,01, however the percentage will obviously a lot bigger in 100 account because the denominator is smaller.

The difference between 1000 and 10000 is (assuming the set use 0,01 for 1000) when your account goes to 11,000 your lot will go to 0,11 but when your 1000 account hit 1,100 it will still go with 0,01 since there is no 0,011 lot. This will go up to 19,000 for the 10000 account where it would open 0,19 lot yet the 1000 account will still open 0,01 lot. That's where the non-linearity comes from, imo.


The difference will not happen with account higher than 10,000. As per your results, the 10,000 account and 100,000 account got a similar profit percentage (62-64%).

I'm trying to replicate the results with (100....1:500.....= 460%) in (1000.... 1:500....=?). Do you have any idea to a new configuration or a new "set" ?

Using 1000 USD (10x 100) a tried to increase lot to 0.1 (10x 0.1) to correct the proportions but no results!
