Controllable risk and profits (no hedge no martingale)

I'm trying to find a set file that can

1. Limit risk per day (1%)
2. Limit # of trades per day (3)
3. Non-martingale no hedge
4. Target profits in % of balance per day (1%)

Strategy is either

• Arbitrage type
• Breakout on price or indicator
• Calculates the total lots size needed to complete 1% no matter how many trades it needs.
