Moving Average angle measurement

I think it would be useful if the moving average could be improved by adding an option to measure the angle and thus we could trade or not trade based on the angle values ​​as well.

Yep, it can be useful.

MA filter will be improved with "Buy on rising MA/Sell on falling MA" mode and "Points / Coefficient" parameter will become "Points / Coefficient / Angle". 

Angle is set in "points per bar" (this is not a subject for discussion, I discussed it a lot ;)
