Display Expert Comment on GUI or chart (for easier overview)

If I have over 20 charts open, all on EURUSD 5M, I have a hard time managing which bots should I freeze/set to one direction based on my manual decisions. It would be nice to have an easier overview on all of my bots running. Expert Id is already displayed, having Expert Comments somewhere also would be cool.

For example: I can put in the expert comment whether the bot is safe (for all volatile market conditions), or risky (for calm market).

This is not a time that EA uses.

I meant current GMT with selected DST. Time, that used for time filters.
