i want to know if the virtual TP and SL is safe to use?

if the trader is using VPS or no supervision in expert.

if ever the terminal connection with the server is lost, orders can go to an unpredictable loss....?????

in virtual TP and SL ??????

Yep, you're right.

To protect yourself use real SL and TP, they will be executed even if you terminal is offline.
