S/R 4 wrong use for selected Pivot - bug?

Hi Guys, could be a bug or its me. 

working on a strat where I use all S/R levels. 1-3 work perfectly but with #4 something might be wrong as it crashes my tester. I can use Level 1-3 simultaneously but when I add Level 4 to it, it doesnt work anymore.
