Many programmers do this. Tries to deceive you with an unreal backtest. A backtest that can be done even for CP. Same results with both MT4 and MT5. Dear Andrey and CP are perfect. Do not go on other adventures. If you are fooled by such things, you will be disappointed.

You can use Tick Data Suite for MT4 tests with real ticks. But why to pay if it is free with MT5?

Yep, because mostly MT4 EA don't developed to MT5

So this CP EA is huge benefit for us

So, the only way to do this is on MT5

Do all tests with real ticks and try to set execution delay.

It will be enough

So if we are buying an EA based on backtest, we are getting fooled up. How can we avoid such situations sir?

Is there a method to identify whether backtest is possible in real life?

When ticks are modelled, EA can find some patterns in modelling rules and make profits in tester.

But these patterns can't be used in real life.

Hello Andrey

can you explain to us why that is or why it is so? Thank you :-)

Excuse me, Andrey. I answer with your permission.

It does not slipping in Backtest and Demo accounts. slipping only works in real account. So the EA is not purchased just because the backtest is successful. It can ruin your account. You should see the real account history.

Bordo, your set can make profit with simulated ticks only.

On real ticks data (doesn't matter in tester or live) it can't work.

Thanks for your warning!

If EA is optimized to max spread then optimization is required for each broker separately. Even small differences in the spread show a big difference in the result. In such a case, there is no universal set that would apply to all brokers.

If so is the case, even within the broker, spreads will obviously vary depending on the market. So there is no point that this set can keep the account safe!
