Non-Martingale Breakeven Strategy GOLD - I will Pay

I am looking for a Non-martingale Strategy for Gold that trades 2000 lots per month with a breakeven. I don't need profit but breakeven at the end of the month. My broker spread is 40.
Initial Balance/investment: $1 million
