EURUSD - RSI + ADX + TEMA + EMA

Hello Community,

I share a strategy that opens trades with

Stoch K(5M) + RSI <=> 50 Level + ADX (1D) + TEMA(8H) + EMA(1D)

Close trades with: Stoch(5M) Cross IN > 90 Level

The DrawDown is high, maybe someone can improve it

Hi,

I am new to this community. I was testing few set files with my live broker account from 2018 till June 2022. However, most of the strategies set in set files failed in 2018 itself, even if I did not change any of the parameter. Then I observed following two things. The History quality was 24% and Levelarge offered by my broker is 1:30.

In yor opinion which might be thre stronger reason so that my account got blownup in 2018 itself almost all the times.

I have asked my broker why history quality is 24% and awaiting response.

Thanks

Do you use MT5 or MT4? For backtesting MT5 is better. My broker (Roboforex) offers me the history since 2019/01/02 on MT5. I do not use MT4 for backtesting.

Cool! Thank you very much for the backtesting in different brokers and leverage

Wow! What do you think might be the reason for the huge difference in results?

Is it the limited leverage, so the EA could not open more trades?

HI, I don't know the reason behind the result difference from one broker to another . Any explanation  ?

One thing is for sure, leverage plays a part.

For my broker (FBS), I'm having 1:3000 leverage, which enables full utilization of martingale and drawdown.
