Do not open trades on certain days of the week

Is there a way to avoid opening trades on certain days of the week such as, I want it to stop opening new trades on Thursdays or Fridays but allow it to continue to manage the open trades.  I know there is a setting to stop trading but I assume this will not close trades according to signals and there is also the option of closing trades on Fridays but I assume this will close the trades at a specific time. Essentially I am looking to see if I can automate disabling the Open checkbox on the chart for certain days only such as every Thursday and Friday so it is only opening trades Monday - Wednesday.
