Smart % Reserve Profit

Hie guys....was thinking of smart feature....to add input for ( % of profit to Reserve to cover for losses)....eg EA saves 70% of every profitable trade to close a future/current lossing trade/trades...say EA closes a profitable trade at $100 it will have $70 reserved profit ...after X numbers of loosing trades EA starts to use the Reserved profit to close the loosing trades using the $70 reserved profit(this feature should work both when the EA is in profit or when its in loss)Please support guys i see this feature really giving some good results

Here we can also   have options like sort by profit or time

Let's say you made $1,000 in profit using a grid.

Now you have a losing series with >= X orders, and you want to close up to $700 in losses to shorten this series and close it earlier, right?

For example, you closed the first 2 orders with losses of $350 and $300 (a total of $650), then the series was closed with a profit of $100. Now we have $450 in total profit, and we can use up to 70% of that amount to cover the next losses.

Have I understood your idea correctly?

Hie Andrey you almost correct, just for clarity where did you get the ( $100 profit) .So let me elaborate more from the example you gave....

So like you said EA has made $1000 profit( remember this are closed grid trades) so the EA reserves 70%  of that which means we get $700 to close future/current grid losses....( The remaining 30% or $300 ,its our profit we cash in that ie we dont reserve that),

Then like you said EA closes the highest loosing orders ($300 and $350 suming to $650) so we are left with $50 in reserve....if EA makes another $100 profit from a profitable  closed grid trade it means we take 70% of that and put in reserve ( which means we now have 70+50 in reserve) ,the other 30% we cash in again

So in laymen's for every profitable grid trade we close we are  reserving 70% of that to close future/current  loosing grid trades and cashing 30% eg( say EA has closed 5 profitable trades ) first trades closed with $10 profit second with $5 third with $1 we reserve 70% of each closed trade and cash 30%

Then we can have EA inputs for the logic

1.% of reserve profit eg 70%

2.Close the highest loosing trade/s first

3.Close the highest lots first

4.Close any

5.etc

Hope i was clear ....thanks for all the work Sir🙏🏾

Hi there! Sorry for the delay, I have really busy days now.

I don't want to track the closed profit and the reserve size, it will be hard to integrate this to all the functions.

What I want to do is simply calculate current closed profit (if any) and allow EA to close current losing orders using X% of this profit. After closing, closed profit will be decreased by closed loss amount and algo will continue working with profit left.

In our example, after closing 350+300, remaining profit will be 350 and 70% of it still can be used for closing a loss.

I understand that it can theoretically dilute all the profit (by using 70% of the profit that gets smaller and smaller), but it shouldn't happen with an "Allow close after order #Y" option.

This solution will be reliable and will work with all other existing options.

Is it ok for you?

Hie Andrey....Yeah i think that  will work....just one question is the closed profit incremental....say we close... first trade with $10...take away 70%($7) for closing loosing trades...say we use 50% ...can the 20%($2) left be added to the next closed profit

Yes, it will use all the closed profit (- closed loss)
