Script for history downloading still doesn't work, so I wrote a Python script in cooperation with Ulises and will update archive every month.

Sorry, it is my bad. I forget to update the google folder (just did it).
I also uploaded sNewsLoader script, you can use it yourself to download history of news (DLLs must be enabled in your MT5).
Let me know it you need further assistance.

Unpack archive and save all files to the common folder of all MetaTraders on your PC: C:\Users\your_name\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Common\Files\
You should have the following directory and files structure after unpack:
