As I can see, you have only one set in the zip file, I'm guessing I'll have this same set on 16 different tabs or do I leave on one single tab? 1m TF

open 16pair tab and load each pair with single set file

Thanks Ferdinand, I have it setup on 16 different tabs alread. 
Its been up for most of the day and hasnt taken any single trade. 
Mind you -  I'm running on ICMarket Demo, where I hope to optimise for ICM broker and test. 

Any Idea why it might not be placing orders, is this by design? See Journal and Expert Logs below:

Yes, it seems correct looking at the log file
But you need to remember whether your broker has a commission per lot, if yes. Please fill in the commission column
.please enable auto trade at top mt4/mt5 software

Thank you - Orders are now placed, even though ICM charges commission per lot, it opened trades without me filling the commission column. So far, it appears to open one trde per pair per day at 20:00 (ICM Server time), will observe for a while (a month or two) and revert.
